• Communications boxes – check all cable connections
• Pump filters – clean
• Lip seals – change
• Pump head – check cable connections

• Check nozzle switch operation
• Replace hoses
• Replace nozzles

• Check motor bearings – noise and play
• Change lighting tubes
• Remove pump from test rig
• Remove nozzle holsters-sandblast & refit
• Pump framework – cleaned, derust where necessary and painted
• Panels-repaired-sanded – primed and painted
• Stainless steel panels – cleaned or replace where required
• Refit panels
• Second electrical test
